Teck & Guan has multiple electropolishing systems capable of processing both internal and external surfaces on a wide range of products such as Automotive trim, Biopharmaceutical, Food & Dairy, Medical components and Semiconductor products. We have proven our ability to handle large production volumes as well as one-time special orders. We conduct our own chemical analysis of the process solutions to insure repeatability and consistency. Having the capability of developing our own tooling enables us to respond to short lead-time requirements.
Our large system with 750 gallon tanks, allows us to process large parts as well as multiple racks of smaller components. Our multi-station rotary system is ideally suited for high volume production of small to medium size components.
