Product Development Support

During various manufacturing processes, it is possible to produce burrs. Burrs can cause a functonal failure during assembly or while the part is in service. Vibratory tumbling/deburring can remove the burrs and provide an overall consistent finish.

Teck & Guan provides high volume vibratory finishing services and ball burnishing. Typical applications a would be to remove sharp edges, flash from the parting lines and to improve RMS on critical components.

Teck & Guan has approximately 80 cubit feet of vibratory capacity with a variety of equipment capabilities Our Process services both ferrous and non-ferrous components in a wide range of zise and configuration media selection is based upon the specific requirement of the components being processed. The process includes post-processing to control rust and corrosion.
